Default EL Development to Launch condo at West Coast Vale Soon
EL Development will be launching the 595 condominium units Parc Riviera this coming June 2016. Sources told that Parc Riviera launching cost is expected to be around $1200 psf.

Demand for the Parc Riviera units perhaps marginally reasonable for the developments compared to other properties in West Coast area, considering the bid price of EL Development for Parc Rivier is not too high.

Number of property buyers will please on the fact that Parc Riviera location is a short distance away from Jurong East, which will be the future Singapore's Central Business District.
