Always wanted to work as a trader. Is it possible to enter with private degree with 2nd upper? Anyone got accepted as a trade with similar results?

Been looking around recently but the job market is so bad. Nt much opening for people like me with near-zero experience in banking sector. (some accounts intern experience, sales, thats all)
