I would greatly appreciate advice from you guys. Say if I were to give a different reason why I left my previous company (tendered resignation / nothing illegal) during the stat board interview from the reasons I gave during my exit interview at my previous company, will I be faulted during the background checks?
What do they usually check for during these background checks? Do they just call up the previous company and ask for my ex manager/HR/etc?
