Hi all , i am a fresh grad from private uni with B&F degree( zero experience) in this field. Tried applying for PB/RM but it seems that they are only looking for those who has sales experiences. I am now seeking alternatives in MO or BO. What kind of job can i apply for entry level position . From their official website , it only states fresh grad management program or RM role. I dont mind working from bottom as it seems that experiences is what they are looking for only. Ultimately i would like to be in the FO (sales role ). Appreciate all your feedback.
