The Peak Cambodia" in Phnom Penh in Cambodia. According to Oxley, 50% constitutes 507 residential units in Tower 1. Oxley held the VVIP preview event for The Peak in Phnom Penh on September 18, while the Singapore launch was on October 17.
Oxley said the launch prices for The Peak’s VVIP preview and Singapore launch start from US$3,605 psm for a studio apartment, while the price for a 4-Bedroom Penthouse starts from US$4,942 psm.
The Peak is a freehold 55-storey mixed development comprising two residential towers with a total of 1,014 units offering a range of studio units to penthouses, one commercial tower with 15 levels of office units and a hotel with approximately 300 rooms, sitting above a podium with five levels of retail space.
Construction is expected to commence in early 2016, with expected completion in 2020, and buyers are guaranteed a 12% net rental return over two years, subject to conditions.
