It is most blessed for us to be able to own a condo, paid in full, while many people my age are still paying their home mortgage. We also are also blessed to own our car outright by paying our new car in full cash. To be able to own a paid up luxury condo and to fully own a car (and not on loan) in Singapore is a big blessing. We are among the top 5% of all households in Singapore in terms of material achievements. We are happy and grateful. As such, we like to do community volunteer work to help the less fortunate.
