3,850 new firms opened in Cambodia in 2014 which is 29% increase compare to 2013. 44% accounted for foreign companies while the balance are local companies registration.
Foreign firms are mainly from China, South Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Singapore.
While the lack supply of office space especially Grade A has push the price and rental higher.
