The Wisteria Singapore Mall and Condominium is located next to the new BTO projects Vine Grove and right opposite to Palm Breeze @ Yishun. The piece of land is open for tender by Housing Board Development(
HDB) during early 2015 as a mix-used commercial/residential site which attracted 5 bidders. Two units of construction engineering group BBR holdings, Northern Resi and Northern Retail won the bid by a slight margin at $185.09 million translating to a price of approximately $629 per square foot per plot ratio(psf ppr). Winning over the second highest bid of $181.60 million by Changi Properties and KBD Ventures, both units of Koh Brothers, The Wisteria psf for the residential units are expected to be at $1050 to $1150 depending on the market conditions during the launch.
