We are hiring a BDE to grow the business. You will take the lead of driving our flagship product Human Resource Management System (HRMS) to the regions.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute the marketing strategy focused on product adoption and overall success of our customers.
• Develop sales leads and maintain good business relationship with existing and new customers.
• Be actively involved in competitive market research and analysis.
• Educate our prospective and existing customer base about our HRMS products and their benefits through customer newsletters, customer-focused content, and more.
Requirements:
• Min. Diploma in any field or at least 1 year of equivalent working experience.
• Past experience in communications, marketing, HR or related field.
• Able to engage with customers from diverse industries and background.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good business acumen to drive the business.
