If you are working in stat board, it is just like working in SAF.
I remember some of the top civil servant have said:

When it come to time of storm, the foreigner talent "fled" while they themselves stay to fight the war.

I'm have nothing against FT or anyone but if i look at the other way, these FT are make the scapegoat during "storm" (forced to leave and put all blame onto them) while these so call top civil servant/ top leaders seized the opportunity to score points.
(Of course they themselves are not the one doing the actual job but arrow those below them to pian for them)..... That's life in civil service and our so call LEADERS doing public service.
