I am 45 this year, and I work in the Manufacturing and supply chain sector. I make about $150k pa. It may not seem high to some, but my job scope and level stress is tremendous, and its impacting my sleep, and family time. I am seriously considering to quit but on the other hand reluctant to give up the money. anyone has similar situation and able to provide some advise?

My wife is also working with similar income level. Our condo is fully paid and new car is almost paid. Have cash + CPF about $800k.
