When you see property agents marketing their Johor properties aggressively in this forum, you know that it is a sign of panic. Many current owners and developers of Johor properties are panicking and dumping their properties because they know prices will collapse by 50% or more due to the massive glut.

Those who bought land there for RM700 psf are scared as these properties were only RM30 psf only a few years ago. It is not surprising if these overvalued land see their prices drop back to RM30 psf.
