Hello!
I need some advices. Currently im a teacher teaching chemical engineering, graduated with Bachelor in chem eng from
NUS.
I am contemplating to take up my master degree next year. In my heart, I always wanted to take up MSc (Chem Eng) on part time basis from
NUS. However, my bosses hinted me to go take up MSc(Education) if i wanted see myself in the teaching line or MBA if I see myself in the management role next time..
However, taking MSc (Education) / MBA have never crossed my mind.. and realistically speaking, MSc(Chem Eng) may not be a practical choice if I wanted to stay in the education line. But part of me, wants to take up MSc (Chem Eng) as a fulfillment of personal goal.
If you were me, will you go for personal goal or be realistic?
