EDB is definitely harder to get in my opinion.
EDB look at the holistic development of the candidate, while
MTI just merely look at your academic credential.
EDB's interview is much tougher than
MTI.
But
MTI pays much better than
EDB. In fact
MTI is one of the top 3 better paying civil service job. I was offered about 4.5K as a fresh grad to join
MTI 3 years ago. How ridiculous high is that for a fresh grad with no work exp? ( I have only one internship)
