I don't think
mindef has any 'rivalries' in its field. For each position, there is hundreds of applicants vying for that vacancy, in many sense, people are willing to wait because they still have a job.
Mindef has no loss actually, it will always be able to find someone to fill in the gap. The waiting time is long because hiring managers take a long time to revert, sometimes hr has no choice over how long the wait is. The hiring managers are senior commanders, hr dont really rush them for a decision. Just saying, it is no fault of
mindef hr for the long waiting time. Processes are processes, they cannot be expedited.
