Sorry to hijack this thread, but I hope to get some advice on this. Recently I am planning to do a Masters as part of my personal and career development. One of the course I am looking at is Org Psychology. Wonder if anyone here has that, or know what are the pros and cons of doing this?

Should I eventually take up this, what are the careers prospect I can look forward to?
