MOP is applicable even if you are buying a landed property. You are right. Landed is for staying as the price may not rise any more.
If you are looking for price appreciation, look at the condos in the Jurong Lakeside District. Once fully developed, prices will rise in the long run. Condos worth looking at are J Gateway, The Lakefront Residences and Caspian. These are relatively newer condos next to
MRT stations.
