COE prices, especially Cat A will jump today.
Good time to buy a 2nd car for your wife to go to market and send kids to school.

COE prices will rise again. Cat A bid in the last round was like 2000 and now supply is 987, so with demand bigger than supply, prices must necessarily rise.
Cat B COE price also must rise.
With no clawing back, COE will shoot to more than $100k in 2019 and beyond, so if you have a 5 year old car or older, better change now before COE shoots up.
