However, it is a reality even with CPF, it still may not be enough. Retirement nowadays require a sound financial plan to ensure that we do not face longevity risk. I do think that there is therefore a place for retirement savings plans / annuities which not only help us to save in a disciplined manner, but also grow these savings.
