hey i was
offered a MT position with
SMRT but got rejected after a week. The interview stages begins with a briefing invitation (whole day event). Final panel interview is by senior vp's. It was sad and somewhat unethical to offer and retract the offer. I feel ashame yet sadden by how their Talent Mgmt team and senior management makes decisions. Worst thing was they even congratulated me on the offer in the email.
Heard from the HR person that the management decided to review all 20 selected applicants. No reasons cited.
So now i'm hoping for othe GLCs instead. Bad experience for me.
