Age 26: local bank, RM role basic $3100 (mostly comm based)
Age 28: moved to foreign bank, middle ofc role. started $3,900, promoted to avp. Last drawn $5600
Age 30: joined another local bank. Pdt related role. Joined $6,800.
Age 34: after promotion to VP previous year, current salary $10k+

So adjusted from $3k plus to current $10k plus over around a span of 8 years. You will see people doing better, people doing worse. Key thing is to be contented. Also, seeking advancement and promotions, thru the right values helps in the long run. You help ppl, ppl will help u in return.
