I don't think they gave U extra increment for the master degree.
To put things into perspective, 3.6k is what a fresh grad with second upper hons and
NS will get, as at 2014.
They are giving you a fair salary because a 2014 fresh grad with second lower hons and No
NS will get about 3k. So with three years of experience, an extra 600 sounds just about right.
