I'm not working in
MOM but have friends who work there. From my impressions and conversations with them, I believe there is a good work life balance culture in
MOM. I know of many people who have worked there for years, so either the environment is good or the pay or progression, or both. Senior Manager's grade should be MX11. I'm not sure about the salary range for MX11. But there are some posts earlier in the thread on this, and that MX11 has been split into 2 grades. If I remember correctly, it's between $4.5k and $8k.
