I'd say compare the whole package, not the monthly pay.
also need to consider OT time since you mentioned that. After normalizing with actual working hour, which one offer higher pay/hour. Of course you also need to think about whether OT is an option in the near future, for example if you starting a family or having young kids, then OT may be very difficult.
To me if not too much family attachment, I'd always choose the one with higher overall package, given that the pay/hour isn't much lower the other direction.
