Anyway, just to add my piece to the topic. You all forgot to factor in the gahmen's curve ball. Although the number of de-registration is going up, the gahmen might just decide to spread the "bumper"
COE over a longer period. They certainly don't want to repeat the mistakes 10 years ago where
COE cost less than $10k.
Those who drive daily will know how bad the jams are during peak hours. The gahmen cannot afford to let the situation get worse, so they will control the release of the bumper COEs. How can
COE price drop?
