I don't think he can afford a GCB. He is just an ordinary salaried worker. Those living in GCBs usually have a household income of $3m or more. Bankers, specialist surgeons, top lawyers and big business owners.
Quality GCBs costs $15m and above. Households with income of $500k pa stay in mass market condos or low end landed in not prime locations.
