I'm in IT industry with NUS pass degree.

Long hours about 10-12hrs most days. Main thing is my direct boss keeps breathing down my neck to chase sales. And it's affecting my life. Messages will come after 10pm to instruct me to do this and that etc. that's why I'm thinking of switching to CS/PS for better work life balance.

I have been applying for the positions from various stat board and ministries but revive no reply at all. Even rejection emails also not received.

That's pretty disheartening.

So I was thinking, is it the pass degree or the salary. Since I fulfilled all the requirements required for the positions that I applied for. I even specifically applied for those that did not state GOOD DEGREE.
