Thanks! Sounds like the Stat board doesn't follow the MX scheme very tightly then. As suggested, I will ask about the salary range.
My background: 9 years experience in pte sector in MNCs.
NS. I am not sure if I would be leading a team but I don't think so. At least not in the beginning.
