My hubby doesn't make 300k pa. That was just an analogy to ask no matter how well one earns, a 20% boost to the household income by the wife is significant.

He makes $12k as basic with consistent 6-8 months bonuses. We have no problems "financially", we just have this fear that we don't have enough. Thanks guys, I think I will keep on trying to look for a job.
