Why wait for another 10 years? You can actually retire in 5 years time. How? Very simple. You can rent out your flat after MOP (5 years). Say you can rent out at $2500 pm or $30k pa. Your dividends let's say give you 4% yield, so you get $40k pa. So in total your passive income will be $70k pa. You can retire like a rich man in JB. When you convert your $70k pa passive income, you get RM182k pa or RM15k pm. You surely can retire like a JB tycoon with that kind of money. You can rent a big condo, drive a big car and can eat at restaurants every day.
