When you choose a foreign bank choose a small wholesale/merchant so that the workload is not so heavy  Choose the major ones like HSBC/SCB/Citi and prepare to work your butt off. |

Do you know what the average pay progression is like in BO for a degree holder (e.g. 2nd upper from
ntu/
nus/
smu)? From what I believe, the starting pay is around 3.5k-4k. What is the expected progression for an average performer in major foreign/local banks?
