I usually ask a variant of Q3 to fresh grad to see if they are likely to stay in their position and whether they have thought about their future.

Usually, if the person has an interest in the job, they will have an idea of what they want to accomplish or gain out of it. Those that don't either never really thought about what they want to do or are just looking for a stepping stone to their next job.
