Why not UniSIM? At least that's being recognised by the Govt (and have tuition grants) and definitely will help. If you're looking at public as a prospective employer, yes it will make a difference.
If you're looking at private (SMEs), then no, hardly any difference. If you're looking at MNCs, then yes, there will be difference as well. It varies especially from the industry you're interested in.
