[blitz]

Hello forumers - need help on a salary check.

- Currently a corporate banking junior RM in foreign bank
- Local double degree grad with honours
- Joined bank's accelerated grad programme with rotations (starting basic: $50k pa)
- Converted to perm role at end of 2-yr programme (title: AVP; basic: $60k pa)
- Just promoted due to strong performance, now armed with 3.5y exp (title: VP; basic: $70k pa)

Feel I should be drawing at least get $75k pa. Am I unrealistic?

Have not spoken to headhunters but lining up some contacts to get a sense. But would like to stay given good mentor / team, so preference is to try to negotiate.
