Well I have a question or two of you all.
I am a Phd in EE from US and am I working in europe for last 2 years in semiconductor industry. I got this job offer for a senior research engineer position in IME
The annual remuneration package is expected to be between S$94,150 - S$102,400. The breakdown of the remuneration package is as follows:
a. Monthly Salary of S$5,500
b. Fixed 1 month Bonus per year
c. Variable Performance Bonus per year, usually ranging from 1.5 months to 3 months.
d. Monthly Housing allowance of S$1,200
What do you guys think about this offer. I have a 4 yr old daughter and my main motive to move out of europe is to get english education for her. Kindly give me your feedbacks.
