started procurement exec in a big MNC in 2004 - 2k p/mth but contract
05 - hop to another MNC - 2.5kp/m - perm post
08 - hop to another MNC as A.Mgr post - 3800, yrly incre 5 to 6%
2011 promoted to Mgr - 5.5k
2011 - to another MNC as MGR - 6.8
