The things that you're saying are what many poly students always tell themselves. If that cert is really that good, poly students wouldn't be taking such a low starting pay once they enter the work force. Have you thought about this? How "good" poly students really are is an open secret in Singapore.

Also, the content taught in polys is so shallow. Even the dummies guide will cover any subject area in greater depth past chapter 3-4 than what is taught in the polys. At the same time, I understand that most of those enrolled in polys are simply slow at learning & thus the polys are in way forced to limit the content taught and also the pace at which content is taught.

I don't understand why you simply refuse to accept that there are people who are better than you.
