Since the industry and roles are same it doesn't matter which job you take, the bigger package the better. Though if the packages were about the same, then i would go for Citi as they have a better local retail branding compared to HSBC and also more people working in Citi means that there would be more career growth opportunities as compared to a smaller bank.
