1st round - with HR and it's just about knowing more about you, quite informal and they actually tell you about DSTA more than ask questions. 1st round seems mandatory, so i dont think it is used to assess you, it is more for getting all your neccessary documents and administrator stuff.
2nd round- with HR and directors. now they will ask you about your technical capabilities. like what is your specialisation, what is your favourite modules and why. what is your worst subject and why perform so badly?
3rd round- once u reach 3rd round u should be safe to say you are 80% being hired, unless you screw this round up. interviewer will be your direct supervisor. |
wow, 3 rounds huh, i think that's more realistic. my friend told me that he went to a
dsta booth in a career fair he attended and the HR personnel told him there's only 1 round.
