Across a period of 15 months, Fresh Minds from both tracks (“Sales, Marketing and Support” and “IT” Tracks) would go through two 6-months local rotation and a 3-month overseas attachment. Additionally, during the first 12 months of the programme, Fresh Minds will be exposed to various learning opportunities such as buddy system, mentorship by senior management, soft skills training workshops as well as on-job-training. To let them develop a holistic view and network in Sony, there would also be short-term placements to Factory, Retail and Supply Chain Operations within the first 12 months.
