CPF savings? If you can meet the minimum when you are 55 you can at least look forward to some payout when you are 65. The minimum sum by this July 2013 will be $148k. In 7 yrs time when you hit 55, it could be raised to $250k possibly. With that, you can expect $2k payout each month or $4k total with your wife. This plus contribution from your children, you can retire. Just have to live simply.
