To be focus, meaning, you need to know the markets, people and product well.
When all these are attained, you can dream big and ask for better remuneration package, if not, even if you are given a fat package, but if you are unable to deliver, you will be shown the door.
Always remember, you are looking for something great in a company, but the boss will also want something "big" (as in sales contribution) from you. There is no easy way out being in the sales, unless you are merely trying the traits out.

Hi, to know the markets, people and product well, one definitely needs some experience. Would you have any advice for a fresh grad with no experience? Less a 6 month internship?
