Can you please stop trolling? People is being serious here. Taxi don't earn $6k too, it has been clarified. Did you just come out of a cave?

I don't think biomed chem engineers are paid that high. I'm from chem engineering, though not working in pharma, but fresh grad is about 3.2k w honors. Unsure of salary progression as my friends are tight lipped about salary.

How much yearly increment did you receive in your last four years expressed as a percentage?

Anyway, I felt that you should make the jump. It's an opportunity to your goal. You mentioned "(supporting) sales manager and do costing/billing/tenders and occasional site supervision", that makes you an assistant manager unofficially. You can gain experience since it's something new, and if you are good you can successfully step up to managerial role in your forties.
Working hours are long, but hard work in beginning is essential.
Hard truth is you are at a disadvantage, with no honors and not a good first job. Why are you staying? You should move on.
