Having in being the so called E & P scheme in
NUS, advice as following :
PB is standard 1 - 2 months. VERY EXCEPTIONAL CASES you will get 3 months but you get the picture.
promotion in
NUS is rare unless you are in the one in the million. Looking at your AM role, I would say minimum 5 years before your promotion.
Annual increment 100 - 200 dollars.
VERY PRO work life balance. Essentially you do not have to do much. But ZERO career progression; honest.
