Cannot like that generalise, it all depend on industry.
Banking, O&G, Pharma, Brokering etc most freshie will go in>4.6k. Those who LL join SME have trouble even reaching 2k. For those who just want peaceful life with work life balance best is to join public sector which pays market average of 3.5-4.2k depending on your class of honors.
