ME4 working hours as a entry point for graduates depends very much on unit posted to.
it is common for the ME4s to work long hours. but it doesnt mean the higher ranks get to knock off earlier. thus, it would be good to check with friends on their actual working situation to know better.

SAF. The ceiling is $9795, but this is only pure basic pay and does not include any form of cash allowance or cash-in-lieu payments. When you add all of them together, ME5 real ceiling is close to $14k.
