Age: 28 yr old (Including 2 yr 2 mth NS)
No fancy degree..only a Diploma from pte Sch.
Started work in Mid 2006: S$20k p.a local bank back end ops
2012: S$45k p.a foreign bank back end ops.

I'm not sure where I stand, there are pple in the bank earning 100-200k p.a its not uncommon. On the other hand, there are also pple, many of my peers started work in mid to end 2006 with a diploma, went on to get their part time degrees at SIM etc and still getting 45-60k p.a
