for me, male 2nd lower NTU in 2007
2007: ~52k/yr (incl. bonus), fresh grad
2013: ~82k/yr (incl. bonus), 5.5 yr exp

may have to to on stand by 24/7 when sh1t happen, mean weekend/holiday burn/++OT
