Also, many people in the thread mention "scholars". Does this scholar refer to TA/TS holders and above, or just EMS and above? There's definitely a gap between the two career progression wise so just wanted to know if scholars applied to all scholarship holders.
As far as I know, TS/TA holders are basically held at the same or only slightly little higher standard than farmers, or only TS has a slight advantage but feel free for anyone to correct me if I'm wrong! Thank you

All other scholarship schemes except for EMS and
PSC are nothing special when teachers are in service.
PSC and EMS scholars are given compulsory rotations within the ministry or outside the ministry, and they start with higher CEP (given by HQ for schools to endorse).
