feel very emo, ppl say normally 3 years to promote 1 rank as P1 but I didn't get it so I guess miss out on 10%+ increment...my work always keep jumping to different PM so very bad disadvantage. Whichever project on fire and need ppl, just dump me in so always different PM and can't build relationship

Free advice for you. Team work is good but you will realise some people will just take advantage of you especially PM. You are just helping them to clear shyt because they are on fire (their boss is shooting them). It is better to set a line - find your RO. Say promote me and i will help you, else find others. You do so much stuff but performance maybe only ME. The other guy who did nothing will get ME also.
